Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right may, however, be excluded under the conditions described in the next section.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exception for Digital Content (Art. 16(l) EU Consumer Rights Directive, § 312g(2) No. 2 BGB)

Your right of withdrawal lapses early if, before the end of the withdrawal period, you expressly consented to our beginning delivery of the digital content (voucher codes delivered by email) and thereby acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

During checkout, and expressly before payment, you are asked to consent to immediate delivery and to confirm the loss of your right of withdrawal. The order is only enabled after you have actively confirmed this declaration. The time of your consent is logged and stored as evidence.

Consequences of Withdrawal

Where the right of withdrawal has not been excluded pursuant to § 312g(2) BGB and you have validly withdrawn from this contract, we shall repay to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

Refunds for Digital Vouchers

Because you consented to immediate delivery during checkout and thereby lost your right of withdrawal (§ 312g(2) BGB), refunds for delivered voucher codes are excluded in principle.

⚠️ Refunds are granted exclusively for technical delivery failures (e.g. the voucher code was not delivered by email or is faulty). No refund entitlement exists for correctly delivered codes.
